Layon Ltd. has started with its business activities on 1st September 2004. Since then, we are one of the leaders in the field of import and distribution of disposable medical devices (VACUETTE © blood collection system, infusion sets, IV cannula, latex examination gloves, sterile surgical gloves, Foley catheters, diapers for adults, ECG electrodes, etc...).

We are especially proud to partnership with the world’s leading company for the production of blood collection systems - the company Greiner Bio-One, as well as the world's largest rubber glove manufacturer Top Glove Company from Malaysia, for whom we are the exclusive representative for Serbia.

We do our business activities according to the conditions for the wholesale trade of medicine and medical devices, guidelines for good distribution practice and the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

All medical devices that we import and distribute are enrolled at the national Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices and have manufacturer’s quality control certificates.

The mission of LAYON Ltd. is to provide the service in the field of wholesale of disposable medical devices which satisfy the needs and the desires of our customers. At the same time, our products meet all the requirements of international standards and legislation.

Our vision is to be known for the product range that we distribute as well as the quality of service we provide. We strive to strengthen the existing market position and to acquire new markets. We are proud that our employees want to ensure profitable growth and achieve the image of the successful and reliable partner in Serbia.

Achieving of our goals will be done by:

Our warehouse with a storage area of 290m2 is located in the Free Zone of Belgrade.

The Ministry of Health has issued the certificate no. 515-04-02363/2009-05 according which our warehouse meets all requirements for the distribution of medical devices.

We have three modern vans and above all well trained team who provide a highly professional level of service, prompt receipt and expedition of goods immediately upon customer’s request.

The management system of Layon Ltd. has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, for the following activities – representation of foreign companies (manufacturers of medical devices), import and distribution of medical devices.

The certification was done by SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, in cooperation with certification body
SGS Belgrade doo.

We pay special attention to social responsibility through the range of humanitarian activities and commitment to young and talented people in all fields - from science to sports.

The owner and manager of the company is Mr. Milan Smiljanic who has been recognized as sport manager for many years. Mr. Smiljanic was also the general manager of the Basketball club Partizan during four years, from 2000. to 2004.

Layon Ltd. Is the main financier and donor of the basketball team "Skadarlija". We also contribute to the basketball team "Vizura" and the basketball team "Sava". We believe that the commitment of young people to sport is very important, as that is the way to accept the sports philosophy which enables them to have strong personality.

In our business we do not think only about profits, but we show a constant concern to the society in which we live. The part of our profit we donate to those who needs it the most. Layon Ltd. donated an ECG machine to the children's department of the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia.
